Vampire, as his name suggests, is a vampire, there are two kinds however. One with blue hair desires Arle's blood in Madou Monogatari 2 and ashes can be obtained if you ever want to fight him again. A blonde one works for Count in Rulue's story in Madou Monogatari: ARS and Rulue's Spring Break.
The one in Madou Monogatari 2 also has a bit a dialogue before you fight him.
