Samurai Mole is a mole dressed in armor and has a katana. He is a medium character to fight. During a battle, he mostly stands guard. He struggles when he starts to lose. He talks in samurai words such as "gozaru" and "itasu". In Seriri's Happy Birthday he is Seriri's swimming lessons teacher.

His ultimate mode, Sleeping Samurai appeared in Puyo Puyo Box.
