Minotauros is Rulue's bodyguard. He yells loudly, and often scares people. He always fell in love with Rulue somehow. He doesn't like it when people talk bad about Rulue and he plays puyo when they do. Although he looks tough, he often whines. In original Puyo Puyo and Puyo Puyo Tsu, however, he is a pretty hard opponent. In Minna de Puyo Puyo, Minotaur is faced twice, and both times he is intermediate level opponent. In Puyo Puyo~n He merely has a cameo in the mission mode, much like Lagnus, Honey Bee, Incubus, and Momomo. However, all of these characters have art in the game, and are usually depicted in the group shots with the rest of the cast, suggesting at one point they had larger roles. In Puyo Puyo Sun, he is merely a cameo character, fanning Rulue during her encounter with Arle. Even though Rulue began appearing in the Fever series, Minotauros has not been seen or mentioned in the Fever series, though he is mentioned in Arle's story in Puyo Puyo! 15th Anniversary when she meets Baldanders.
His name is often mistranslated in English releases and fan translations as Minotaur, much like Draco, who's last name is similarly translated in the same titles.
In the original MSX and PC98 versions of Madou Monogatari 3, he is the final boss, but in the Gamegear version it is changed to Rulue.
In Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine and Kirby's Avalanche, Dragon Breath and Kracko use his AI strategy.
