Dragon is a generic looking yellow-orange dragon that first appeared in Madou Monogatari 3(he is green and black in the PC98 version). In Madou Monogatari: Hanamaru Dai Youchienji he is a boss that lived in a lake called "The Dragon's Graveyard". He also appeared in TSU as a secret character you can fight if you clear all the opponents on Level 4 without leveling up.
In Puyo Puyo~n he is the pet of Chico having a collar on him and being a lot smaller, it's most likely a different dragon of the same breed.
